Timber is air-seasoned, then kiln dried to 8–12% moisture content, so furniture stays stable when it reaches drier homes in the US and Europe.
Precision cutting, planing and profiling on CNC and high-tech machinery, set up from approved drawings and jigs for repeatable parts.
Skilled carpenters assemble each piece using mortise-and-tenon, dowel, dovetail, lap-join & biscuit joints, reinforced where the design needs it.
Hand sanding followed by staining and lacquering in a dust-controlled finishing area. Every finish is matched to the master sample you approved.
We offer extensive value‑addition on furniture pieces, including detailed carving, premium upholstery, metal inlay, metal cladding, artistic distressing, and more — all executed in‑house to elevate both design and craftsmanship.
Finished goods are inspected against your specification using AQL sampling. Third-party inspectors are always welcome.
Export packaging designed for each product and route, with container loading planned to maximise pieces per container.
